Orders placed during regular business hours before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Shipping and Handling Within Canada, you can expect your order within 1-5 days via Canada Post. US Shipment within 7-10 days days and International 2 weeks.
Orders are subject to credit verification and acceptance before shipping. Shipping rates, based on weight and destination, are displayed in your checkout cart.
Payment Prices are charged in Canadian dollars. You can order our products online, through PayPal. We accept credit cards for online orders only. PayPal is a secure online payment server. Your information is always kept safe and private. With PayPal, we accept all major credit cards.
Sales Tax Orders being shipped within Canada are taxed. There is no tax on orders shipped outside Canada but you will be responsible for any duty or customs fees if applicable.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if they are damaged upon receipt we will do our best to accommodate your return. Please return the items in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Custom & personalized items are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged items will be replaced and shipped back to you.
